SHIPPING POLICY

 

This policy explains how and when your Nurelia order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order on trynurelia.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email once it has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within approximately 10 business days from the date your order is placed. This estimate includes order processing and transit. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier workload, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer an optional Shipping Protection add-on at checkout, which covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Delays

While we do everything we can to deliver within the estimated time frame, Nurelia Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or operational disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional re-shipping costs may apply. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@trynurelia.com with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional costs may apply) or a refund for the product value.
